Background:
The whole exercise of Online CRM, rests heavily on Metrics. Metrics is nothing but tracking the website for all its links, capturing user behavior and habit. Based on these metrics, reports are generated and analyzed. Based on the trends that emerge from the reports, ideas are fed back into the website to achieve better results. Results, driven to get more qualified leads. The website is monitored on a 24/7 basis and we strive to make it an 'effective sales channel'.

Role Expectation:
The Analytics team helps in installing and configuring analytical tools to generate reports pertaining to client's website. The reports generated as per clients requirements are then studied and analyzed to provide meaningful marketing output to formulate online marketing strategies. The team will define the various metrics for the client and track it on a day to day basis.

Core Responsibilities:
The person should have a thorough knowledge of WebTrends (www.webtrends.com), or any other
    analytical tool.
The person should be able to install, configure, create profiles using Web Trends.
Most importantly, the person should understand the clients' business and analyze reports that WebTrends     generates. These suggestions are critical so as to be implemented back into the website to reach the
    set objective.
Preferably, the person needs to be sys admin guy, who understands the server requirements in terms
    of hardware and maintenance of all the log files that Web Trends would generate.
•  The person would also be involved in hiring and training a team of metric analysts.

Experience, Qualifications & Personal Characteristics required:

Candidate must be at least a Graduate or Bachelor of Engineering/Technology or Master of Computer     Application/Computer Science in Computer Science/Information Technology,
    Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): WebTrends. Similar analytical tool.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
