Content/Copy Writer

Role Expectation:
The content management team helps create engaging content that provides users with a clear, well-lit path through the features and functions of the client website. The team is also responsible for the style and strategy of content across the client website.

Core Responsibilities:
Conceptualization - creative concepts for brand building
Content development for web sites
Content writing with SEO (search Engine Optimization) as a guideline
Copy writing for online creative elements like banners, pop-ups
Execution of the creative idea through headline and body copy
Reviewing and editing site content, whitepapers, case studies generated by others.
Working with cross functional teams (business analyst, web analytics and design) to create concise,
    user centered content that supports and enhances client's usability. And determine the best content
    for each product or feature being released to the site.
Helping to define and drive client's content strategy in a way that supports client's business
    goals. Upholding and evangelizing content quality standards.
Defining and reviewing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategy, and pushing
    toward continuous content improvement.

Experience, Qualifications & Personal Characteristics required:

Excellent writing, editing and proof reading skills.
Graduation preferably in English, Journalism or related field.
2 to 5 years of professional experience in content writing or editing. Prior experience in the
   area of instructional writing and developing training content would be a plus.
Ability to work within tight and often changing deadlines.
Ability to work with and communicate effectively to diverse individuals.
Demonstrated organizational skills and a strategic orientation.
Previous experience in usability, product management or website design would be a plus.
